A2: All of our e-bike batteries come with charger.We have normal charger and fast charger.If you need fast charger please
contact with us.

Q3: Do your electric bike batteries come with BMS?
A3: Yes, Our batteries all with SEIKO IC BMS, with stable performance.Which can protect the battery avoid short
circuit,Overcharged,Overdischarge and Overcurrent.

Q4:What is your delivery date?
A4: Electric Bike Battery will be sent out within 5 days after confirmed order,shipping will cost 3-15days,it depend on quantity
and which battery you need.

Q5:How long is the battery expected to last?
The battery should have around 800-1200 recharge cycles, about 2-3 years.Its capacity diminishes over time, when it goes
down to 75%,you should replace it.The more you use the bike, the better the battery retains its capacity, since it keeps the
Lithium moving.

Q6: How to maintain the battery?
A: The battery should be stored in clean, dry, ventilated, dark environment when not using.Keep it after full charge,recharge it
every 3 months or 6 months.

Reminder

DIY battery pack must get the cells balanced (same voltage ) before assembly. Later if there happens don't know how to
assembled or wrong assembly is not accepted refund. Professionals will detected voltage/ resistance appearance and other
issues before every shipment, we can only ensure that the single battry is good, when arrival you can test the cells within
15 days, after that means batteries have no problem, does not provide return nor refund. If you found problems you can
contact us for return or refund. Battery can only be unused (the electrode intact, no welding, no wear, the appearance(good)
to provide return. Any return behavior buyers need to be responsible for shipping fee.

 

1).Warranty period:1 years(from the date of sucessful delivery),if the single battery capacity less than 80% initial capacity,
take the test pictures or video to us,we will replace it or give satisfied solution.

 

2).If any miss or damaged for the shipping.Please contact us firstly, then send us the picture or video to check. In case of
loss of cargo or the battery is damaged and can not be used or there is a greater risk of use, we will communicate with buyer
if resend it or replace it or refund the product costIf buyer send back the cells to seller,buyer should pay for the shipping cost.

 

3).These situations not provide retun nor refund

a. After the assembly or assembly process happen any problem, such as the protection board connected to the wrong wireburned lead to battery damage, charger failure, the assembly error or
unbalanced assembly, etc.

b. For damage caused , such as battery bulge (welded, battery pack without protection BMS caused by charging.
